The **Practice Manager **manages a team of professional practitioners, across a range of different disciplines, to ensure the delivery of professional, high quality services that support the analysis, management, coordination, and delivery of change activity for ACC.

As a Practice Manager, you will bring your passion and energy for people, drawing on your experience and skills to coach, support, and grow your people, and continue to develop their professional capability.

Practice Managers lead planning, support prioritisation, and oversee the assignment of the resources to support ACC work programmes and the continuous delivery of change. They are responsible for the allocation of work to practitioners/team members to maximise utilisation and best leverage the skills and experience across the team. They also lead the development and maintenance of professional standards and best practice services that support consistent, high quality service delivery for their area of discipline/s.

**We’re hoping to find someone with**:

- A passion for both people and technology
- People leadership capabilities including identifying, guiding and developing talent across the Practice
- Passion to help drive craft enablement (what ‘great’ looks like) through coaching, learning, mentoring, facilitation, teaching and having strong relationships
- The ability to build and manage relationships with executive leaders, stakeholders, teams and capability practices
- Some experience in Public Sector would be advantageous
- Overall, we want you to bring the 'care' factor to the team via a colloborative mindset
