Programmed Facility Management is a leading provider of facility maintenance and asset management, engineering, construction and maintenance services. We require a HSEQ Administrator to join our Facility Management team working in their head office in Henderson, West Auckland.

**He angittanga: The Opportunity**

This role will see you supporting the wider HSEQ team with administrative functions such as generating reports, scheduling toolboxes, managing calendars / shared inbox, creating staff communications and some marketing / social media creation as well as any other administrative duties as required. This is a full time role which is Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times during business hours and based in the head office in Henderson. You do not need to come from a H&S background for this role, but you do need that administrative flair

- Have previous work experience in an administrative role
- Good computer skills in particular Outlook and Microsoft suite
- Display exceptional people skills, listening to and understanding employee requests
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks with confidence and ease
- Work effectively in a team environment
