Our client is a construction company with the ethos of ‘no problems, only solutions’. They have worked collaboratively to successfully deliver projects throughout the North and South islands and some of their clients include government organisations, as well as major owner of infrastructure assets.

They have over 40 employees, with access to a large group of subcontractors and suppliers and a strong HSEQ culture.

**About the role**:

There is now an outstanding opportunity for a down to earth, driven and passionate accounts professional to join the team. This is a permanent, part time role and we are looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience in a similar role. This is a collaborative position where you will be working with other departments performing receipts management, invoices and other admin tasks.

**Some responsibilities will include**:

- Processing invoices
- Managing receipts
- General administration

**About you**:
This role would fit a mum who wants to work during school hours or someone who wants part time hours. Initially it’s a 20h per week, but there will be times it may go up to 30h, depending on workload. There is plenty of flexibility in terms of hours.
- Previous experience and knowledge in bookkeeping processes
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Xero
- A people person who enjoys interacting with clients on a daily basis
- Exceptional time-management skills
