**About the Role**

Talofa lava, Mālō e lelei, Noa'ia, Mauri, Ni Sa Bula Vinaka, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Tālofa, Kia orana, Mālō nī, and warm Pacific greetings.

The **Specialty Clinical Nursing team** forms part of the **Fanau Ola team** within the **Pacific Health Service at Te Toka Tumai Auckland**. This role works in a collaborative and innovative manner alongside colleagues in Pacific Health and across medical services—including Diabetes and Dialysis clinics—to support Pacific patients receiving inpatient or outpatient care.

**About the Team/Service**

**About you**
- Knowledge and fluency in the Samoan language
- Minimum of 3 years post registration clinical experience
- Working towards post graduate qualifications
- Working experience in general medicine especially renal, dialysis and diabetes services
- Currently a PDRP Proficient / Level 3 nurse or working towards Proficient
- Engagement and connection with Pacific communities
