**Mo te tunga | About the role**

Come and join our awesome team within the People and High-Performance team providing excellent people advice to senior leaders and their leadership teams on all aspects of HR. In this role you will support the delivery of strategic and operational business outcomes in areas including change management, employee engagement, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and HR projects. You'll work alongside our wider People team, interacting daily with our ER and IR teams, Recruitment team, Payroll and Reporting team, HR Coordination and Advisory teams, supporting their mahi and making sure we're operating as a joined-up and united People and High-Performance team.

Some other key requirements of the role include but aren't limited to:

- At least 5 years' experience in an HR business partner role
- Proven experience as a strong trusted advisor to senior leaders
- Thorough knowledge of current NZ employment law and HR practices
- Understanding of HR best practice in both the private and public sectors
- Change management experience
- Experience working across front-line, community-based portfolios
- Ability to lead and influence leaders across different levels of seniority
- Comfortable in your practice that is inclusive of tikanga M ori, and Pacific peoples' culture
