**He angitūtanga**: The opportunity

We're looking for an HR Generalist to support our staff and leaders. Ensuring people and capability practices reflect the strategic direction of the organisation, this role has responsibility for a national portfolio providing support and direction through the execution of FMA's People Plan.

Our business has gone through a significant amount of growth and change in the last few years so with this in mind we are looking for a motivated HR professional who will bring proactivity, a passion for HR and a desire to make an impact in the work they do.

The FMA's remit and regulatory approach are expanding and evolving to have a stronger focus on conduct. We're currently on an exciting growth journey, with opportunities for project work and career development.

This role is based at our Britomart office in Auckland's CBD.

**He kōrero mōu**: About you

You will be a great communicator who can engage effectively to coach, guide and influence senior leaders and staff. You will have the confidence to have constructive conversations, bring new ideas and build strong relationships at all levels.

You will bring your HR and commercial acumen you have developed in an HR Advisor or Senior Advisor role. You will have a collaborative working style and a proven track record of being a trusted adviser and a reputation for making things happen and delivering high quality results.
