This is a hands-on role with a focus on teaching, developing, and supporting technicians. You will provide advanced learning and education expertise to build capability, as well as hold responsibility for the development of operational procedures to enable safety, quality, and delivery outcomes of the plants.

We want you to enable our technicians to reach their full potential by delivering training in an engaging way. Your ability to build strong working relationships both within the department and inter-departmentally, along with your strengths in communicating in a clear and easy to understand manner, will be key to your success.

**Qualification**
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Relevant qualification in dairy processing such as a Dairy Diploma would be seen as an advantage
- “Train the Trainer” qualification would be seen as an advantage

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 7 years in the dairy industry
- People leadership or training experience
- Experience in and knowledge of a range of dairy processes including spray drying processes, infant formula manufacture and liquid milk
- Proven knowledge of Food Safety, Quality and HACCP systems
- Proven knowledge in relevant regulatory and compliance standards for Infant Formula and General Dairy
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
