**Job Description**:
As our Regional Performance Trainer, you will have a passion for development, with a focus on getting the best from our people and products. You will be confident and personable yet an analytical trainer with the ability to easily influence at all levels of our organisation. A large component of your role will be reliant on report reading and delving into the findings.
You will work collaboratively with our store managers to train, mentor and upskill their teams to create the ultimate customer centric environment.
- You will provide expert guidance and support to our store management teams on all areas of training and development across your region, ensuring they are set up to ensure the team and the business are set up for future success.
- Work with our Regional Store Leadership team to identify and implement development opportunities that will further ensure high performance
- Deliver training to our store network, with a focus on product knowledge: sales skills, soft skills and management skills
- Keep updated on best practice learning and development methods and techniques
- Ensure that your stores have the best possible coaching and training support that could possibly want and you’ll be passionate about your stores achieving their goals
Qualifications**
Full time, permanent position. This will cover Bay of Plenty and Hawkes Bay**
