This will be a key role, responsible for the presentation of high quality, engaging training material to the security and access control industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, facilitate and present training courses on a regular basis within NZ and other regions as required
- Maintain a training calendar to enable customer visibility of upcoming courses
- Involvement in creation of new training content with the Technical Training Content Manager
- Liaise with all trainers globally to ensure consistent high training standards are maintained
- Work with the sales team and Technical Training Content Manager to create, organize and present introductory courses aimed at staff
- Assist with setup, and attend local and international trade shows to promote ICT and its products as required
- Assist in driving client knowledge base to ensure key information regarding products is widely available
- Provide high-level technical knowledge and positive representation of ICT products and solutions to customers; an active advocate
- Communicate product feature requests and improvements and provide customer feedback to Technical Support
- Provide ‘train the trainer’ sessions for authorised distributors
- Identify sales opportunities

**We are looking for the following skill set along with a current passport**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outgoing, passionate and persuasive personality with outstanding customer service ethics
- Proven technical aptitude with strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative
- Self-directed, capable of managing multiple tasks, projects and priorities autonomously and collaboratively
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and good follow through
