**Operations Senior Specialist Group Administrator**

Taking the lead in managing and executing the growth strategy, you are poised to have a meaningful impact on Chubb's success. This is your chance to steer the direction of the Group Scheme segment and propel its expansion.

You’ll work across all distribution channels and build strong relationships across the whole organisation.

**About the role
- Manage and implement the strategy to grow the Group Scheme segment and opportunities across all distribution channels
- Leverage your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship skills to drive leads effectively, secure new business
- Work collaboratively across the business to enhance understanding, visibility, and support for Chubb Group business.
- Utilise your market expertise to identify and propose new business opportunities across all distribution channels.
- Collaborate with internal experts to review and revamp the existing collateral and products.
- Retain existing business and enhance customer experiences by improving business service processes.Support IFA regional teams with adviser agency and data queries

**To excel in this role, you will demonstrate**:

- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a focus on life insurance
- Ability to effectively lead and manage group scheme initiatives, particularly in relation to broker and distribution business
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship skills
- A proven track record of surpassing ambitious business targets and goals
- Your capacity to adapt and cope with change, adversity and complexity

Adviser business/practice development/consultancy experience preferred

**Location**:
Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch
