**About the role**
As Key Relationship Consultant you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing strong internal and external relationships to proactively shape the submission, quoting, and conversion processes of policies, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
You’ll leverage your exceptional relationship-building skills to forge strong connections and collaborate with key advisers and partners, giving you plenty of opportunities to enhance your problem-solving skills and refine your relationship management, account management, and customer service skills.
You’ll build or further your understanding of industry, products, and services, and our amazing leaders are there to support your growth and development.
Your work and personality will directly affect customer experiences through processes and exceptional service, thus contributing directly to Chubb's lofty goals.
**In this key role you’ll**
- Cultivate impactful relationships with key advisers, providers, and employees within the organisation.
- Exercise professional judgment to improve business and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain consistent messaging and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Take a proactive lead in driving the expansion of new business within our key adviser panel.
- To ensure adherence to regulatory, audit and internal compliance policies including FAA risk.Develop a deep understanding of the unique business es and service needs of key advisers through strategic account planning.
**To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following**
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management, Relationship Management or similar experience.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills paired with a and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to influence others to help deliver desired outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and communicate clearly to ensure understanding and to meet service deadlines.
- Proven experience providing exceptional service offerings to customers in an Account Management, Relationship Management or similar role.
