About the Role
As our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end management reporting process, delivering insightful analysis that drives business performance and shapes our future direction.

  • Strategic collaboration: Partner with finance leaders, business partners, and senior management to deliver timely, actionable insights that influence key strategies and fuel growth.
  • Own the numbers: Take full responsibility for our management reporting process, ensuring our financial reports are accurate, compliant, and impactful.
  • Innovation: Build and enhance robust reporting frameworks that meet business and regulatory needs.

To be successful and grow in this role, you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; (CA or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience in performance reporting, financial modelling and commercial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software and a drive to enhance reporting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex information with clarity and impact.
