**Your Role**:
As a representative for Chubb, your role is to effectively investigate, manage and adjust Property and Masterpiece claims to the highest quality service, through prompt and professional communication with customers & brokers.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Make informed evaluations of damage and quantum

Formal reporting back to Chubb examiners in line with Chubb’s Best Practice Guidelines and Claim Handling Instructions

Build strong relationships with Brokers to promote confidence and trust in Chubb’s claims service

Attend Masterpiece market meetings where appropriate

Training and presentation delivery of Masterpiece claims experience in market where appropriate

Liaise & build strong relationships with service providers i.e. builders/ jewellers/ restoration companies

Investigate claims in such a manner as to identify fraud awareness

Clearly identify potential fraud and subrogation issues

Assist the Property claims team with claim handling as the need arises

Effectively manage and control volume of work & diary

Able to be mobile and travel interstate for short periods of time as the need arises and in times of Catastrophe

**Qualifications**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (ANZIIF or equivalent)

3+ years experience in Loss Adjusting

2+ years experience managing property claims, with sound structural building knowledge

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to communicate and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders, i.e. High Net Worth clients to tradespeople

Excellent Customer Service Ethic

Ability to influence & negotiate

Proficient use of Microsoft Word/ Excel and ability to construct claim reports as required

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

**Desirable**:
Experience with high net worth customers or high value homes

Experienced in developing and delivering training
