**The organisation**

**Your role**
You’ll be responsible for leading a positive work culture that empowers your team to grow and create a productive working environment. Making sure your team clearly understands the businesses goals, product vision and roadmaps is crucial in how the Scrum Leads supports the team Managers and Directors. It is essential to be an expert in Agile practices and values as you will lead the team through the Agile journey in order to meet customer needs, remove any impediments and support the wider team deliver work.
**Key skills you will bring**:
- Proven leadership coaching Agile practices, clarifying roles and business goals, organising team events, collaborating with stakeholders, suggest efficiency improvements, and supporting high performance and transparency.
- Protection of teams from disruptions, mitigate risks, provide feedback, maintain inter-team cooperation, collaborate with Scrum Leads and stakeholders, and support Release Train Engineers.
- Ability to support the Team Manager in building capability, provide feedback for Agile development, foster a safe environment for collaboration, and engage with Te Ao Māori.
- Willingness to embed Te Ao Māori into MSD's way of working and build knowledge and skills to engage with whānau, hapū, and iwi.
- Understanding of and ability to implement HSS accountabilities, policies and procedures.
- Remain familiar with Emergency Management and Business Continuity Plans, participate in periodic training and reviews.
