This is your opportunity to join our Information Technology team based at our Albany Support Centre in this influential role as a **Scrum Master**.
The Scrum Master role is a pivotal member of our highly collaborative teams, working with Scrum teams, Project Managers, Product Owners, and other technical personnel throughout all phases of software implementation and project life cycles. You will lead and coach the team and product owners in Agile principles with the goal of increasing the efficiency of the delivery teams and supporting them to deliver value.
Be a strong advocate for agile ways of working and the value this approach can bring to Mitre 10, the team, business, and store network whilst encouraging and facilitating the “one team” philosophy and team creativity.
**Some of your key responsibilities**:
- Develop, coach, and support a high performing product team.
- Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Provide agreed metrics and transparency on team performance.
- Assisting with resource optimisation across team.
