The Head of Experience requires critical thinking, creativity, and superior stakeholder management skills. Experience is a newly created team that will require new ways of working to unleash the power of their complementary skillsets. As the leader of this team, the Head of Experience will be an excellent communicator, allowing the team to properly organise itself to bring the Experience vision to life, creating a cohesive journey for our customers and stakeholders.

In this exciting new role, you will:

- Drive the sustainability agenda throughout all projects
- Build (and continuously improve) customer focused experiences
- Ensure our brands have the structure and process in place to embrace the sponsorship strategy
- Manage end-to-end experience activities in line with short/long-term objectives
- Create and manage large events and activation strategy
- Develop new concepts and trends driven from a deep understanding of consumer insights from ideation through to execution
- Lead a team of talented individuals across the marketing team to develop a seamless customer experience
- Understand consumer behaviour at a macro level and drive data-led insights through accurate/timely reporting, while confidently championing internal stakeholder collaboration
- Be heavily involved in how we shape of strategy and development of systems to support our execution

This role will require an individual with real passion, great communication and strategic skills with strong experience in relatable businesses.
