The position is available for a Booking/Data Quality Advisor to join our high-performing team. Not only will your skills and expertise be well rewarded, but you will also have the opportunity of further career development within our nationwide group.

Key tasks for this role include:

- Greeting our customers as a first point of contact- Determining and arranging customer service needs- Accurate administration skills- Maintaining our high level of customer service- Data accuracy and quality controlThe successful applicant must possess a strong eye for detail and accurate data entry skills, outstanding customer service skills and clear communication is paramount. We pride ourselves on the relationship we have with our customers, and you’ll be a key part of building that rapport. The ability to cope with pressure and meet deadlines is essential, as is organisation, motivation, and the determination to succeed.

In order to be considered for this role you will also need to possess the following:
