**About the Buildings Specialist Services team**

Exciting opportunity to support our Buildings Specialist Services Group. This is a team of about 70 specialists working across New Zealand and supporting clients in Australia and Singapore. There are 6 services that currently make up the group. They are Sustainable Buildings, Digital and Building Technology, Fire Engineering, Asset Management, Specialist Aquatic Services and Specialist Lighting. These teams have a diverse group of specialists who provide advice on a range of buildings related works including future ready and low energy/low carbon solutions, smart buildings and smart cities of the future, creative solutions that bring buildings to life and key advice on regulatory requirements be that Fire Engineering or Sustainability.

**The opportunity**

In this role, you will predominantly support the Specialist Services teams within Tauranga while also collaborating closely with other business line administrators across New Zealand to support the national Specialist Services team. We need someone who can

Key systems and technologies experience:

- Office 365 (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) - essential
