**The Role**:
As the Area Manager, you’ll be charged with ensuring the successful operation of up to 5 high-volume, fast-paced venues across the top of the South Island with a focus on the customer experience. You’ll be responsible for executing company standards and meeting business objectives, ensuring targets are met and exceeded, costs and budgets are maintained efficiently, and company policy, procedure, and systems are implemented and up kept while ensuring continuous coaching and guidance of Restaurant Managers is adhered to.

Ideally, you’ll possess prior experience in a multi-site or area management position where these skills could be utilized to help grow and manage this business.
