We are looking for a professional, engaging and proactive Branch Manager to help manage and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the branch service and parts departments and take our Nelson Branch to the next level. **What are we looking for?**
- Ability to build and maintain customer relations to drive a culture of providing great service to our customers.
- Experience in developing annual business plans, setting budgets and business development targets.
- Able to recruit, train, develop, coach and motivate the Parts and Service team providing them with a reward people experience.
- Able to identify, implement and drive our Lean Continuous Improvement in all areas of operations.
- Passionate about Health & Safety and ensuring your team go home safely every day.
- Experience at running a Branch in a similar or same industry.
