Silver Fern Farms Pareora have an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual interested in joining our compliance team as a Technical/Compliance Coordinator.

The Technical/Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing assurance that the quality control and food safety programmes are implemented effectively and are performing as required to meet production, food safety, customer, Overseas Market Access Requirements (OMAR) and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Leadership
- Technical and Quality Auditing
- Food Safety Compliance

**We are looking for the following skills**:

- Computer literacy - confident in the use of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hold a tertiary qualification and/or have received training in, or relevant experience in, a similar role
- A demonstrated knowledge of the legal and legislative compliance conditions and issues applicable to the meat industry.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion to grow and develop in this role
