**Te Tūranga/**About the Role**

Silver Fern Farms Pareora have a 12-month fixed term opportunity for an experienced Employment Coordinator. This fast paced and broad role is part of our experienced team at our Pareora site in Timaru. As the Employment Co-ordinator, you will implement, maintain and facilitate good employment practices on site and be responsible for the coordination and delivery of people related initiatives and activities on site, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.

- Tech savvy, enjoys working with systems and processes including social media
- Demonstrable organisational & planning skills
- Good relationship building skills
- High customer service focus
- A problem solver with the ability to make timely and quality decisions
- A good knowledge of employment and HR related law in New Zealand
- Able to present to groups in promoting our site
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff across all levels of the business and play a leading role in streamlining processes and activities that support skills and technical development adapted to the business needs
