This is a diverse, broadly scoped role that will see you working on a variety of tasks within a busy Roading Maintenance Contract. **ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role will provide overall contracts administrative support to our Roading Maintenance team in Auckland.

**Some key responsibilities include**:

- Contract Reporting
- Managing of LMS
- Support on Health and Safety administrative tasks
- Coordination and documentation of required site training
- Coordination of toolbox meetings
- General office administrative duties

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have administration experience or exposure to a support role. You will need to be focused, flexible, detail-oriented, and understand the importance of keeping up with schedule and deadlines in support of the Transport team’s overall goals and KPIs

A positive attitude and strong communication skills are key to your success in this role along with the following:

- Computer savvy with preferably advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Demonstrated commitment to continuously update necessary skills and knowledge as required for a role
- Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills
- Can work effectively in a high-pressure environment & problem solve
