Assa Abloy Systems Auckland limited is seeking One Contract Administrator to join their team based at Wiri, Auckland.

**Job Summary**
- Oversee and manage contracted works for selected major customers with mínimal supervision.
- Coordinate and address customer requests and inquiries.
- Provide technical responses to reactive work requests.
- Engage and coordinate technical resources, including both in-house staff and subcontractors.
- Prepare, present, and seek approval for work quotations.
- Plan, schedule, and track job delivery progress.
- Ensure all contractual commitments are met and successfully delivered.
- Manage the testing, servicing, and preventative maintenance programs on behalf of the customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Service Manager daily in achieving business targets, including meeting budgetary goals and objectives.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and services provided, ensuring the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and take action on their decisions.
- Prepare contract variations or extensions and submit them for approval from senior
management.
- Maintain and update contract-related databases, such as spreadsheets, work orders, compliance certificates, and generate reports for client review meetings.
- Assign tasks to subcontractors and employees as needed for remedial works, ensuring effective communication with contract site contacts regarding attendance, schedules, quotations, and solutions.
- Schedule unplanned, remedial, and planned maintenance tasks as specified in the contract to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and BWOF requirements.
- Play a key administrative role in managing selected Key Account service contracts.
- Review, prepare, and schedule all service contracts in alignment with company standards.
- Ensure all jobs are accurately updated in the ASSA system.
- Generate and submit final invoices for completed service and contract-related work.
- Assist in ensuring timely procurement of parts and subcontractor services upon job acceptance.

**To Apply: Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements**

Tertiary qualification, preferably a bachelor’s in management/business. Courses in Organisational Planning/Management are advantageous.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a contracts management role.
- Previous experience in administration, management, or data entry roles.
- Knowledge of the door manufacturing industry and BWOF/compliance regulations is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new systems.
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to rapidly understand and integrate into the ASSA Abloy business processes.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Must have reliable personal transport.

Location: Wiri, Auckland
Rate of Pay: $32 - $36 (Competitive, based on qualification and experience)
Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 40hours
Days required: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4 pm
Type: Full time, Permanent
