We are seeking a Contracts Administrator or Strong Coordinator to work within a well-known New Zealand company based in Albany for a 6-month contract. This is your opportunity to work with a company that offers a great working environment and the opportunity to work on some on exciting projects.

You will be good with people, highly organised and a proactive person who can relay information from contractors, manage documentation, and more. Alongside this you will need to be confident working with numbers and spreadsheets as well as have a great eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

This role is a mix of administration and customer service tasks. If you are passionate about providing an exceptional level of service to your stakeholders, this is the role for you

**Duties**:

- Liaise with external stakeholders and keep them informed on job order status.
- Keeping the database up to date with all status changes and progress.
- Work to Service level agreements and KPIs
- Administration tasks as required.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have high attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment
