Hays is working with a respected facilities company in Petone. This company are experts in the maintenance of infrastructure services, who work with their clients to fully understand their needs and deliver projects to a high standard.
**Your new role**

As a contract administrator, you will:
- Assist with contract queries
- Work closely with managers to improve efficiency and productivity
- Support the Project Manager as required
- Lead the preparation and submit monthly claims
- Other adhoc duties as they arise.
- Provided Administrative support & assistance
- Maintained staff documentation and registers
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Experience with facilities management is desirable
- Strong administrative experience and skills
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills essential (Pivot tables, Vlookups)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
