Te Tūranga | The Role
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will provide administration and coordination support to our Transformation team. Our Transformation team offers a business-wide service managing change for the FMA and integrating this change into existing processes, whilst minimising its disruptive impact.
In this position you will support the Ways of Working Manager, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, and project sponsors. This includes proactive administration and coordination of Ways of Working activities and broader end-to-end transformation delivery. You'll work with Delivery Managers to track our projects, including developing and managing project plans, preparing progress and status reports, and updating and analysing project finances. You will also be responsible for arranging meetings by preparing agendas, printing and formatting presentation materials, taking minutes and following up on action points.
This is an opportunity to get involved in projects and pieces of work that impact the FMA as a whole and will give you exposure to and the chance to work with teams across the FMA.
He kōrero mōu | About you
You will come with proven experience within an administration or coordination role ideally where you have worked on complex programmes and understand project management methodologies and frameworks. You are a proactive individual who has a knack for seeing the big picture and making meaningful connections. Your top-notch communication skills will enable you to build relationships across all levels of the business. Additionally, you will be tech-savvy, with advanced MS Office skills, with knowledge of MS Planner preferred.
