National Support Office
Active+ is the largest New Zealand owned supplier of rehabilitation services in New Zealand, with over 1,500 health providers across a wide range of disciplines delivering service across New Zealand. We've been in business since 1990 and are owned by Southern Cross Healthcare New Zealand.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Are you an organised, task and people-focused coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment where your work makes a real difference? We're looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator (a.k.a healthcare administrator) to join our dynamic team at Active+, supporting the seamless delivery of a range of rehabilitation services. This is a full-time, permanent role —the perfect chance to grow your career in healthcare administration with long-term stability.
Based in the heart of Auckland's CBD with flexible hybrid working, you'll be part of our administration team supporting the end-to-end service delivery for your assigned portfolio. From referral processing and provider support, to responding to queries from funders such as ACC, you'll keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll also assist with key projects, ensuring processes are efficient and services meet the highest standards for our clients, clinicians, and funders. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, positive phone manner, and a proactive approach who's keen to build experience in the healthcare and rehabilitation sector.
Working closely with the Senior Service Delivery Coordinator and Service Delivery Manager, you'll take ownership of the task workflow evolves with the needs of our organisation, giving you variety, challenge and the chance to make a real impact every day.
If you love staying organised, solving problems and keeping things moving, in a fast-paced role, then this role puts you right at the centre of making it all happen.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- A proven track record of thriving in operational environments where you keep things moving and make things happen.
- Solid administration or coordination experience — whether you've been in a similar role before or you're coming from healthcare, customer service or medical reception and are eager to grow and develop.
- Around two years' experience in a coordination role of similar scale, giving you confidence to hit the ground running.
- Experience in health-based administration within Aotearoa is a bonus and will help you shine even brighter.
- Familiarity with platforms like Gensolve, OneHub/Provida, SharePoint or other service-delivery systems - or an enthusiasm to learn them.
- A qualification in business administration or a health-related field is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills - clear, professional and able to build trusted relationships across a connected, collaborative team
- Adaptability and energy - you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy managing multiple priorities with confidence.
- A great team spirit - positive, proactive and always looking for ways to contribute and improve.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand (Citizen or Resident).

- Competitive Rewards: Attractive remuneration package, with an extra 'appreciation day' per annum, generous Christmas/New Year breaks, and long service benefits.
