We are looking for a motivated person to join our team at the Glenfield Depot, located on Archers Road. We work hard as a team, where getting to know your colleagues and having fun on the way is all part of the role. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way.
Here you'll experience a job with real variety;
- Interact daily with Delivery Agents, Courier Drivers, Customer Service team and warehousing staff
- Monitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery team
- Assist with customer queries
- Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutions
- Undertake vital administration tasks
- If you have exceptional leadership capabilities and are looking for a step up in your career we would love to hear from you. You will support the Service Delivery Manager to motivate, lead and coach the contracted delivery fleet and act as a 2IC within the branch
- Be available to work 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 06:00AM - 14:30PM
- Have intermediate level computer skills
- Experience in contract management
- Experience in fleet management or logistics highly sort after but not essential as long as it's relatable
- Proven ability to work under-pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resources
- Enjoy responsibility, strong problem solver, back yourself and not afraid to have tough conversations
- You rise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and can work with ambiguity
