**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
Reporting into the Chapter Lead, the purpose of this role is to coordinate project planning, scheduling, monitoring and communication of strategic/transformation initiatives that span across the breadth of the Analytics & Insights team.
You will also be responsible for:

- Defining project scope, goals, budgets, deliverables and dependencies in conjunction with A&I Leadership
- Preparing timelines and other documentation to ensure smooth and successful execution
- Communicating plans, work-in-progress and project status updates regularly to A&I Leadership on strategic initiatives
- Coordinating A&I key events and regular cadences/rhythms - i.e. Quarterly Showcases, volunteering days
- Coordinating agenda topics, speaking slots and quarterly planning across the A&I leadership group
- Taking ownership of all A&I related finance administrative tasks.
- Liaising with external contractors and third-party vendors to coordinate and deliver work in conjunction with Chapter Leads

**About You | Mōu**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Understanding of various methodologies, tools and principles, including agile.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, take ownership, influence, and track delivery of conflicting tasks and activities.
- Experience managing all aspects of delivering a successful project outcome; project timelines, adaptive planning, resource management, budget and financial tracking and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the role of various aspects of customer data, analytics capabilities, reporting, inbound/outbound integration, people and process changes required to deliver successful technology implementations
- Ability to work across external and internal delivery partners
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities. Your role will span organising internal and external stakeholders and deliverables
