**Dietitian Community Child Health Takapuna Fixed Term Part Time**
We recognise the importance nutrition plays in the health and well-being of infants and children with high health needs, a disability, or developmental delay. We are looking for a New Zealand registered Dietitian who has experience in working with children and their whānau.

**About the Role**

This role sits within the Community Child Health team where a range of community, outpatient, and in-reach models are utilized with the populations we serve.

You will be provided with clinical and professional supervision and be encouraged to access both internal and external professional development opportunities.

**About the Team/Service/ Location**

Our team of Dietitians north and west are an integral part of our Community Child Health team. Co-located in North Shore Takapuna you will work collaboratively with the MDT Including: Childrens Community Nurses, Paediatricians, Speech Language Therapists, Social and Cultural Case Workers, Visiting Nuerodevelopmental Therapist, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.

**About you**
- As a Paediatric Dietitian you will need_

A New Zealand Registered Dietitian with a current NZ Annual Practising Certificate and current NZ drivers licence
- At least 2 years post-graduate experience and experience working specifically with children
- A working knowledge of Family Centred Care with a positive energy to working closely with whānau
- Experience working cross-culturally
- Preferably also Dietitians prescribing scope of practice, current member of Dietitians NZ, and teaching or research experience
