**About the Role**

**Salary**: $88,627 - $110,210

Although this role is with the ORA Wellington Community Team, the successful clinician may be based at either our Wellington, Kenepuru or Kapiti sites, and will be working across the Wellington and Porirua region. The community caseload consists of providing nutritional support (including the management of patients with long term chronic conditions), managing patients on enteral feeds and home parenteral feed and working with patients with malnutrition.

**About the Team/Service/Location**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Dietitian with at least 2 years post graduate and work experience to join us at the ORA Wellington Community Team at Capital & Coast District Health Board. This is a permanent part-time position. The ORA Community Team is an interdisciplinary team of allied health, nursing and medical professionals working together with people aged 16 and above within their own homes and occasionally as outpatients.

**About you**
- Experience of working with a diverse group of patients with significant health needs,
- Experience in managing patients with enteral feeding and nutritional support needs
- Excellent clinical and communication skills and have a flexible, problem solving approach.
- The ability to will work together flexibly with community dietitian colleagues to manage the community caseload
- The ability to quickly build strong working relationships with patients, whānau and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
