Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Junior Design Engineer to join the close-knit team based in Henderson.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to specialise in design and is hungry to learn mechanical, electrical, structural and plumbing drawing skills.

**What will you do?**
- Producing detailed drawings for manufacturing
- Supporting the sales team with high-level 3D drawings and renderings
- Maintaining the design library by documenting revisions and updates of components

**What do you need?**
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Structural)
- Some hands-on experience in detailed design working with mild steel, stainless steel sheet metal and pre-cast concrete
- Competent use of Autodesk Inventor (Solidworks or similar)
- Some practical workshop experience using power tools and hand tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, 'can-do 'attitude
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent eye for detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- A great sense of humour
