Subscriber Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a new Subscriber Acquisition Manager to join NZME based in the Ellerslie, Auckland office.
The primary purpose of the Subscriber Acquisition Manager is to create and execute strategies to drive newspaper subscriber acquisition through offline and digital channels. It is a hands-on role working with a small team with a key focus on maintaining newspaper subscription volume and revenue across our newspaper brands.
You’ll be charged with defining and executing the acquisition marketing strategies that deliver tangible business results. You will be responsible for driving new opportunities and lead the initiatives to engage and communicate with our subscribers.
You will bring with you a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a fast paced, acquisition or digital marketing role, and a tertiary marketing qualification. Media, subscription, or digital marketing experience would be advantageous. To be successful you will need, the ability to multi-task, think creatively be capable of quickly establishing and fostering partnerships with departmental heads and other stakeholders in a highly cross-functional organisation.
