**Starting Salary $64 342 plus $3,308 shift allowance per annum**

**Tenei turanga - About the Role**

Operating at our seven major airports, part of the CAA's role is to deliver premier aviation security, while enabling a high quality, responsive passenger experience. We pride ourselves in excellence and you will contribute to our continuous improvement mindset with a pro-active can-do attitude.

The Scheduler role is responsible for a range of activities including:

- ; Using our rostering management system, Quintiq to assign duties to meet operational demand
- ; Work within the workforce planning process
- ; Act as an advisor to the operation and recommend solutions for efficiency and effectiveness

**Ko tau e kawe mai ai | What You Will Bring**
You will have experience at rostering, scheduling or planning and be comfortable and able to work in a 24 hour/ 7 day a week rostering environment. With excellent communication skills you will be able to build relationships with a wide range of people across the operation and provide sound advice to support them in their role. It is essential that you have a full NZ drivers licence for this role.

The National Rostering Centre is located at Aintree Avenue near Auckland Airport, with free parking available to staff.
