**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

The Parking and Enforcement Department of Auckland Transport sets the short
- and medium-term strategy and direction for Auckland's parking requirements, covering on/off street parking activities and parking enforcement across the Auckland region.

We now have a full-time position for a Logistics Scheduler to join the Parking Operations Unit working 40 hour per week. Reporting to the Logistics Leader the role is responsible and accountable for managing the scheduling of staff, resources (including fleet vehicles) and facilities for events and daily operations across the parking and Enforcement Team throughout the Auckland Region.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- A tertiary diploma qualification in business, accounting or similar
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience scheduling across multiple departments
- Proven event management and/or logistics experience
- Incident management experience
- Resource and asset management experience
- Contract Coordination/experience with KPI's
- An understanding and experience in financial management

It would be expected that you would be able to demonstrate competency in planning, problem solving, with superior computer skills and the ability to liaise and work with all levels of the organisation.
