Project Scheduler
We're currently recruiting for multiple Project Scheduler roles to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. These positions offer a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact programmes while enjoying flexibility and competitive hourly rates.
As a Project Scheduler, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Programme Directors, and Delivery Leads to develop and maintain integrated project and programme schedules. You'll play a key role in optimising delivery timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment across various workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex, integrated schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project schedules are aligned with the overarching programme timelines and milestones.
- Track progress against key milestones and flag potential delays early.
- Monitor project and programme schedules against the approved baseline, ensuring all time-related changes follow the change control process.
- Assess extension of time claims and provide recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally 10+ years of experience in project planning/scheduling within infrastructure or construction.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project or other scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
Encouragement to Apply:
We're recruiting for a senior and junior role, so if you have less than 10 years of experience but a solid foundation in project scheduling, we'd still love to hear from you.
