We're in search of a proactive individual who's at the top of their HR game. Your energy and ability to build positive internal relationships are key to their team.

You will need to be strong with processes, ER, inductions, onboarding. You will have the opportunity to get involved and run a number of exciting HR projects for this company.

The successful applicant will have the patience and personality to bring people along on the journey. You will be pragmatic, practical, and solutions focused.

The company has a fantastic, genuine culture, and are looking for someone to get involved across the company and bring their own fresh ideas to continue to drive this culture across the organisation.

You will be an important part of our nationwide team; you will be reporting to a P&C manager based in Auckland. This role will also be supported by a P&C administrator. Your manager is motivated to see you do well within your career, and you will give you the autonomy.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and who can add real value to this growing company. This is a contract role for approximately six to eight weeks, with the potential to go permanent.
