**Your missionshould you choose to accept it**
- Work with Onyx (3rd party commission partner) to identify outstanding commission
- Provide monthly reporting on each hotel chain’s commission payment performance
- Set up processes to ensure financial controls remain in place for commission collection
- Provide support and answer queries relating to teams or customers
- Work with Finance to ensure successful distribution of all commission to the correct consultants and teams

**Skills and experience **(what makes a great Flightie)**
- Good attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/PowerPoint - Intermediate Level
- Previous Travel industry experience desirable
