**Commission-Only Sales Representative - Commercial Cleaning Services**

**Role Overview**
We are seeking ambitious, self-motivated **Salespeople** who thrive on performance-based rewards. This is a **commission-only role** best suited for individuals who enjoy autonomy, relationship-building, and closing high-value service contracts.

You will be responsible for **generating leads**, **booking site visits**, and **closing new business accounts** in industries such as corporate offices, childcare centres, gyms, healthcare clinics, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and generate B2B leads via phone, LinkedIn, field visits, and networking
- Conduct client meetings and site assessments (virtual or in-person)
- Prepare and present service proposals and quotes
- Close deals and handover to the operations team for onboarding
- Track and manage all leads and opportunities using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- 10% commission on first $10,000 revenue/month
- 8% on $10,001-$25,000
- 6% on $25,001-$50,000

**You’re a Great Fit If You**:

- Have 2+ years of B2B or field sales experience (preferred, not mandatory)
- Thrive on commissions and self-driven targets
- Are confident with cold outreach and high-level presentations
- Understand service-based sales (cleaning, facility services, etc.)
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Are based in New Zealand and authorized to work here

**How to Apply**

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
