**The opportunity**
This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces continuous, iterative improvement, and where failing fast is seen as validated learning This is a fully remote, 4-6 month contract role.

**Your role**
We are searching for Senior Software Engineers to join this team throughout NZ and help bring our disruptive ideas to life being fully remote. The focus will be on proving product-market fit and then taking these new products to market as fast as possible. You will be surrounded by talented engineers, learning from others, as well as sharing your knowledge with them as well.

**Skills you bring**:

- Strong Ruby on Rails experience and understanding of best practice is essential.
- Strong ability to make and document architecture decisions.
- Interest/enthusiasm in working in highly collaborative ways with more junior engineers.
- People skills - strong at communicating, active listening and empathising.
- Demonstrates clarity of communication, particularly of complicated technical projects.
- Pragmatic - cares about technical quality, but understands that you have to make technical tradeoffs.
