Our client is one of the world's leading point of sale business's, manufacturing and selling health and awareness products to a global market. The corporate offices are based in South Auckland servicing all the international sites.

**The Role**

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and moving forward the Direct Sales development programme, by providing functional, reliable and pro-active software solutions. Further responsibilities include:

- Working with the Lead Developer to keep continuously improving the systems proposals and statements of work
- Play a leading role in the redesign of the organisations front-end bringing it into a more modern technical stack.
- Manage the execution and progress of developments and sub developments
- Own the diagnosis, restoration and resolution of customer impacting faults
- Support software design process based on functional requirements, developing and implementing new software or modifications to existing software
- Documentation responsibilities
- People leadership
- Work with all stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach is achieved and the relationship enhances effective running of the business.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Software Engineer
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant field or appropriate certifications
- Excellent skills in programming (C#,.NET MVC),.NET Core
- Extensive experience with Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in SQL Server
- Preferable knowledge in these tools:

- jQuery
- Bootstrap
- Andriod development
- iOS development in Swift
- NET
- React or Vue
- Extensive knowledge and experience in producing working, clean code.
- Expertise in working with and learning the structure and code within legacy programmes and systems
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practise and changing trends.
- Having the ability to manage priorities and workloads in an effective and timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
