**What you’ll be doing**:
As we head in an exciting new direction, we are looking for a future shaper who can also make an immediate impact In this freshly created senior leadership role, you will be working closely with our new Executive GM of Infrastructure, Mike Shirley, to discover and develop new revenue opportunities for Chorus.

Looking for ways to leverage off our world class infrastructure we need someone to unlock the full value of these assets and create a solid set of opportunities and growth areas that align with our current investment strategy. Your time will be spent meeting with industry specialists to identify opportunities while also leading the New Business Team to develop creative and competitive solutions to meet customer needs.

Leaning on your understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity and global industry trends you will be responsible for the delivery of portfolio plan outcomes for IoT including revenue, profitability, product and market strategy, risk management, customer experience, simplification and lifecycle product management.

Working collaboratively as part of the Infrastructure Leadership Team, you will be a key piece of the puzzle for the development and delivery of the overall Infrastructure strategy - no pressure

**What you’ll bring to the table**:
This is a significant growth area for Chorus that will need active product management and BDM activity so we’re looking for someone results focused, with exceptional relationship building skills who is a comfortable negotiator.

Below are some more specific things that will really make you shine:

- Proven experience in identifying investment opportunities, building an innovation pipeline and championing successful opportunities through the decision making process
- The ability to leverage off your strategic thinking to problem solve
- Strong people leadership experience with an emphasis on collaboration
- An understanding of telco and technology trends
- The ability to quickly understand our regulatory framework and optimise strategies to work within it
