The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our sales strategy and make us the top choice for work-based learning. Our programs boost business success, and we're looking for someone with 2-4 years of market experience in education, security, or healthcare.

  • Develop growth strategies and identify new markets to expand our reach.
  • Generate fresh sales leads by prospecting for new clients and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Form strategic alliances and partnerships with key industry partners in Healthcare and Security.
  • Oversee existing accounts to ensure exceptional service and identify new opportunities for growth.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 2-5 years BDM and Account Management experience in New Zealand.
  • A track record of success in driving revenue and managing key accounts within a B2B space.
  • Experience working in Sales within the Education, Healthcare, or Security space.
  • A valid NZ Full Licence and ability to travel across NZ as required.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in using CRM.
