Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity to join Pilot Tech Limited, a leading AI led innovative technology company, as the Head of Growth & Partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the company's expansion and forging strategic partnerships that will accelerate its growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand Pilot Tech's customer base and market share
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities through the formation of strategic partnerships with complementary organisations
  • Negotiate and manage high-value partnership agreements that create mutual value for Pilot Tech and its partners
  • Lead a team of growth and partnership specialists to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and technology teams to align growth efforts
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of growth and partnership initiatives
  • Represent Pilot Tech at industry events and build a strong network of industry contacts

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in growth or partnership roles, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and forging successful strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to build personal pipelines of relationships and leads that convert into business opportunities, ideally in consulting, software services, or agency settings.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working within small teams (e.g., as the sole salesperson) in a senior role that includes overseeing marketing functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of growth and partnership specialists
  • Thorough understanding of the technology industry and emerging trends
