The role

Cater Plus have an exciting and varied opportunity for a leader in contract catering and multi-site management who is ready to use their skills and creatively to help Cater Plus stamp our mark in the Auckland area.

The role

Here you will have the responsibility to drive day to day operations while working in partnership with the General Manager of Operations (Auckland) to implement development strategies and foster an engaged workforce. This is a multifaceted role which requires someone who can think on their feet, be adaptive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We need someone who:

- Has strong experience in multi-site management in the catering industry is essential as you will need the ability to develop your team, identify opportunities, effectively plan your time, and organise in partnership with others. A proven track record in developing working relationships with multiple stakeholders is a must.
- Is commercial, financially savvy, and customer focused with strong stakeholder management.
- Can align Operations Support and Site Managers to the company's high standards of service delivery and performance. This role sets the tone and as such your attitude is critical to success.
- Can displays an understanding of the food service sector and issues important to service delivery.
- Thinks innovatively about new food trends, design, technology and executes effectively and within the budget guidelines.
- Has experience in planning, coordinating, and executing functions and events to a high standard
- Can continually review and monitor budgets/contractual requirements, identify operational developments, and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Can create high levels of engagement to drive the performance of teams to deliver outcomes.
- Is able to create a culture of continuous quality improvement and effective team performance.
