**The Role**

Our Grounds Workers are versatile and skilled professionals who handle a wide range of tasks. From planting to weed eating, our Grounds Workers do it all Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day activities might include:

- Maintaining soft and hard landscaping surfaces
- Pruning, planting, and weeding
- Hedge trimming and weed eating
- Litter management as needed

**What Are We Looking For?**

While practical experience in horticulture is ideal, it's not a must. If you have a great work ethic and a passion for working outdoors, you could be the perfect fit Here are some qualities we value:

- A current, full Class 1 driver’s licence with the ability to drive a manual
- A good level of fitness, as the role can be physically demanding
- A team player with a positive attitude who naturally helps out teammates
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- High motivation and a strong desire to get the job done
- The ability to use a smartphone and other technology is advantageous
