**This role will typically work Monday - Friday 9:30am - 3:30pm, working 30 hours per week. **However, some flexibility is available if you prefer to work less hours, Tuesday - Thursday.
**About the Role**
You will provide a high level of reception and administration skillset, while ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the Bupa Head Office in Newmarket. At Bupa, we all share a passion to deliver the very highest standards of care to the elderly, and your skills will ensure this level of service continues across the business. This role will a people-person who can multi-task well, communicate effectively, are highly organized, and have an engaging personality.
**Where you’ll make an impact**:
- Be the face of Bupa as the Receptionist at our Bupa Head Office.
- Ensure all visitors feel welcomed and are smoothly directed to the right person.
- Provide general administration and secretarial support to the office.
- Ensure the kitchen remains tidy, and assist with booking catering for company meetings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail daily.
- Ability to jump into various tasks at head office to ensure it runs smoothly for everyone.
**What about you**:
- Experience in administration, reception, or customer service experience is required.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain clear and friendly verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with high accuracy with good time management to meet deadlines.
- High standard of professionalism and ability to problem-solve and prioritise.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy and enjoy working with people from all walks of life.
- Strong computer literacy and proficient in MS Office Suite.
