**Mō tēnei tūranga - about the role**

As part of our Eke Taumata Programme, the Programme Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of support to the Programme Manager and wider team. You will coordinate workshops and meetings, engage with workstream leads and develop documentation relating to the programme. You will track and report on key milestones and support the programme to meet the requirements.

This is a Fixed Term position for 12 months.

**Ko tāu nā i tēnei tūranga - What you’ll bring to the role**:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual with a strong background in project or programme coordination. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to juggle and prioritise tasks within a busy and high performing team. You will be flexible and able to support the team in a wide variety of tasks.

**To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will have**:

- Proven experience providing excellent project or programme coordination
- Extensive experience using the Microsoft Suite
- A continuous improvement mindset, while being solutions focused and proactive approach
- Experience coordinating meetings and minute taking
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Awareness of a programme Governance requirements to enable successful delivery

**The salary range for this role is $81,524 - $90,583 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.**
