Customer, Product & Services owns the strategic direction for banking products across BNZ balancing commercial and customer outcomes working closely with our colleagues across the business to achieve this.

The Programme Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting the programme of work and strategic execution for the Enterprise. This role offers the ability to work on multiple pan Bank projects which deliver enterprise change for our internal and external customers.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We spoke with our Head of Enterprise Strategic Delivery (who you'd report to), and he let us know the following about the tūranga (role):
**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Manage the delivery of programme objectives and fully leverage the resulting benefits for all stakeholders. Ensuring there is complete understanding of project/initiative objectives and business objectives
- Provide interpretation of technical information to business units or stakeholders
- Responsible for the task management of assigned staff across the projects within the programme to deliver projects within agreed timeframes
- Ensure any reporting/updates required for Steering groups, ET and Board are completed in a timely manner and meet bank standard tools and requirements for the Executive and Board
